Here is the real deal with this place- parking is a nightmare Rooms are very depressing,No heat which is unbelievable and no covers to speak of.I booked because reviews were positive which I can’t believe. I did not stay and most likely will not see a refund. Went to The Sofitel.

Excellent boutique hote! It was lovely, clean, perfectly appointed and had a wonderful staff. The hotel is wonderfully located at Rittenhouse Square, surrounded by great shopping, restaurants and bars. I highly recommend this gem!

Breakfast is served every morning with the freshest pastries and Philly bagels, lox, and toppings! Delicious! Coffee & juices accompany with a French artsy vibe! This hotel is unique and they all smile and greet you, and personally cater to your stay!

The only thing I was slightly bummed about was the bar closing before 10pm. Although it was the Eagles playoff game so I understand that aspect, but I love the bar and was looking forward to a night cap. Otherwise it was a very nice quiet stay, I felt very safe even being close off of the first floor. Staff was lovely and it was very clean and accommodating.

We love this hotel! So convenient to Rittenhouse square and all of the shopping, history and restaurants. Rooms are a nice size and very comfortable. Staff is super friendly. We love the speakeasy located on the property. They make such delicious cocktails!

The room was beautifully decorated. They need to remodel the dated bathrooms, clean up scuffs on the wall. Clean more thoroughly. The thermostats are seemingly just for show. The room was incredibly hot with no way to adjust the temperature. Charming but would not stay again.
