Our listings are primarily use to accommodate College family visits of all kinds, College students/athletes, student visitors, students abroad, teachers, local corporate housing, insurance relocations, and any guests wanting to visit the charming and historic Swarthmore area. We strive to bring value to our community by help assisting the local contacts we have established over the years!

* 2 Electric LazyBoy Recliners w/ USB (one couch reclines all the way down to act as an extra bed, the other has two reclining chairs that recline all the way back independent from each other).

As you enter the apartment you will find a comfortable and accommodating design which has everything you need with extra lighting enhancement systems to set the atmosphere. With two facing reclining couches, new flooring, new bathroom, washer and dryer inside the unit, this is perfect for both short stays or longer term stays since it has in unit laundry and very comfy atmosphere right in the heart of Town Center.

* If you are bringing a pet please indicate what kind of pet and how many. If it’s a dog(s) please include breed type, weight, hair length, and if it sheds. Make sure all pets are included in the reservation when booking.

* Reduced reservation alterations cannot be accepted unless we are notified 14 days prior to the start of the booking date as it blocks off our calendar preventing us from rebooking

* If you have any sensitivities or allergies to any cleaning products or smells please notify us at the time of booking so we can make sure the necessary adjustments are made to our cleaning protocol.
