Staff was incredible Shantel at the front desk was so helpful. I really enjoyed my stay especially the free water bottles and coffee and tea 24/7 in the lobby The hotel was very clean. All the staff was very welcoming and pleasant.

The staff were very helpful. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. I needed to print something, and they kindly allowed me to use their facilities. The coffee machine in the lobby was a great bonus! The hotel is located in the heart of a shopping area, with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Even in the rain, the walk to the Pennsylvania Convention Center was quite manageable.

Technology has made this property more "self-service," which does not align with the cost. Fortunately, the staff at the front desk was most helpful and rooms were satisfactory - beds comfortable and rooms clean but spartan.

This place was awesome. Staff were so nice and helpful. Free coffee. Only complaint is our room had no mini fridge but that was apparent in the description I just can’t read. We could walk everywhere we needed to go and the view from our window was amazing. Also such a good price.

I arrived earlier than check in and they were able (without me asking) to do the check in, the room was super clean and comfortable, the hotel is located very conveniently near a lot of restaurants, and shops. I did an amazing walk to several spots that I missed last time. I would definitely stay here again!

Handled the tv issues and i loved having the coffee bar in the lobby. You cant go wrong with Bloomingdales outlet on on one side of the street and Nordstroms Off the Rack on the other corner!
