The area was nice, it was cold and no heater on but the area is nice party outside but didn’t bother me

I'm still waiting for my refund, which VRBO said would be coming through the host. I've heard nothing from them except generic messages to keep it down (I checked out early) and checkout information. There was dried pee on the toilet seat, bathroom window had no curtains, only broken blinds, and the hosts informed me that insurance people would be coming to inspect the space with only a few hours of notice. When I said I'd need to take my work calls from my car, they said it shouldn't be a big deal. Will not be using VRBO again.
