The bathroom was very dirty and rusted bathtub and the bathroom door was peeling off, the bathroom water was running down and the bathroom roof was leaking water the phone was not working. Very old hotel and less maintenance. I will not recommend any person to stay in the hotel.

Parking at this location was horrible. We drove around for at least 30 minutes in the parking lot to try to find a parking space. For a charge of $25 per night to park a vehicle on site there needs to be guaranteed parking spaces available!

Our check in was horrific. 3 times our keys didn’t work and I know for A FACT that the women in the room next to our first room (310) had they’re other family in our room we could hear them laughing and pressing up against OUR DOOR! They went to the front desk and told them we wanted our room changed because we probably wouldn’t wanna stay by them anyway. Not cool and it made it seem like the hotel staff was in on a scam. Also over $200 for a room and there wasn’t a fridge or microwave or a bathroom vent?! The room was so dusty and had food under the beds completely covered in dirt and dust. UNACCEPTABLE IN ALL WAYS. We almost left because we didn’t feel safe but we didn’t feel like your hotel would accommodate a refund.

This was our first time staying at an airport hotel, but we didn't have very high expectations to begin with. We flew in for an Eagles game so we really only used it to shower, sleep and go to the bar. The room served it's purpose. And the bartender front desk staff were great. So was the lattes from the little coffee shop in the lobby. It could definitely use a face lift and according to the poster board in the front lobby, thats their plan for 2025. Overall, if we were flying into Philly for a day or two I'd stay here again.

I was here only for two days yet was still left with a bad taste in my mouth, I check in as any person would the staff is VERY insincere rude but trying to play nice but i digress when I got to my room most of my walls were cover in pimple patches with bodily fluids from another person that was not me, there were about five on the head rest near the pillows which is simply unacceptable, There was mold in my bathroom which again unacceptable. I had to call front desk for assistance because the air system was not working there were wonderful first call around again very deceitful staff I ended up figuring everything out myself quickly and call down again so that they didn’t send anyone to my room hoping i didn’t waste anyone’s time when I called back I said “hey sorry you don’t need to anyone” and then heard a very rude “mmmh ok” and then hangs up.The dinner options were fairly good as well as the breakfast 25 dollar a day parking kinda seems outrageous but then again the economy isn’t any better only get two free waters only do card and cash think I’ll chose a different hotel next time.
