I love how the management team is very responsive when you need them. There was a problem with my room and it was fixed expeditiously and I love that. It’s so quiet there you wouldn’t think there’s other guests. I love it overall and I recommend anyone visiting Philly to stay there.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming studio apartment in North Philly. The space was cozy and welcoming, with a real homey feel that made it easy to relax. I especially appreciated the free public parking nearby, which felt very safe and convenient. It's a great spot if you're looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Highly recommend!

I had a medical emergency just before the day of the stay and I had requested a refund, the host ignored all my messages. I contacted customer service and they even called multiple times for a refund request. An hour after the listed start time the host responded, I told the host via the number that was not listed on the rental I requested the refund before the date and their was no response same for customer service. The host ignored the message on that number as well. Just stick with air BNB it’s more worth your money
