Called the hotel before we came to check if the crib was indeed a crib or just a pack-n-play. They confirmed a crib. We arrived on the Friday after Thanksgiving at night to find only a pack-n-play. The front desk said they don't have regular cribs. Being 7pm and having small children we were stuck. The baby slept terribly, we slept terribly. Front desk said they couldn't help compensate us until the manager was in and that they would tell the manager to call. Never got a call. Never got a response when I called.

I was disappointed to be charged $75 because we checked-in 2 hours early. If the room is ready, what is the reason for charging the hefty amount? Never had that charge at any other hotel in my entire life. Also, no pillows for pullout couch and staff was so overwhelmed they said they couldn’t get us one. Lastly, saw a mouse in the food area so passed on breakfast.

Nice hotel with great prices and convenient location. Room is big and spacious, so is the bathroom. Very comfortable bedding and adequate heating for low winter temps. Walkable location near the City Hall and obviously next to the convention center. Also short ride to the airport if not in rush hour.

My overall stay was amazing. The facility was nice and clean. The fitness room and complimentary breakfast were definite highlights. However, they don’t offer a free parking lot; instead, they have valet service, which costs around $45 per night. I found a slightly cheaper parking spot nearby. Despite that, I would definitely come back since it's close to everything, and there are endless dining options.

Room accommodations were excellent and I found that property was quite walkable to many dining options although some guests may not feel comfortable walking the city at night. I walked a few blocks over to a Panera for dinner and then to CVS and then back again without any trouble. Chinatown dining options abound. Jefferson station Septa line is a few blocks away as I passed it on my travels. So you can easily traverse the city and return to the hotel. Hope this helps

This location was convenient to the Convention center, was clean and had very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the room was in worn and dated condition with an uncomfortable, lumpy mattress and frayed carpet. It did the job, but I will look for other accommodations in the future.
