Initially they gave a room which was full of smoking smell . I complained so they changed the room. Just wondering how can you claim it’s smoke free rooms then ? Again in the second room, the TV was broken fully. When I asked to check the TV or replace it , they said the rooms are fully booked without even checking . Very poor customer service .

We arrived late couldn’t rent car they picked us up at the airport with our baby and children . Excellent customer service a Dennys walking distance all was perfect!!

This property did not mop up spilled items on the floor. The elevator floor was disgusting. There is ONLY 1 cart for luggage for the ENTIRE hotel. Yes, I asked for a cart and was told it was in use. I asked was there only one and was told yess. Dont stay here! Dont let the price fool you. Convenient maybe, but HELL NO!

Overall stay was not bad, it’s a good place to stay overnight for early morning flights from PHL. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the place needs a renovation. The property is non smoking though you can smell weed in the hallways. The parking lot is well lit and shuttle service is on time.

Convenient, loved being able to navigate the local area with avoiding I-95. Breakfast was decent, but nothing too overly impressive. Staff was friendly and hospital. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family.
