I felt like their restaurant was excessively expensive. They said the breakfast buffet was a bargain $45 per person for the Eagles parade celebration… it is normally $55 per person for breakfast! C’mon unless they’re serving lobster or fillet for breakfast there’s no way that’s worth it. They are taking advantage of hotel guests unfamiliar with the area. And the lunch buffet was 65 per person. No chance of just ordering à la carte. I get the impression they can’t be bothered serving food and that seems to be what happened because it was not busy at breakfast or lunch.

Overall a great experience. Our room was right behind the elevator so we constantly heard that noise which was slightly annoying. Also, the wifi was extremely slow despite paying for it

I had a great experience. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I arrived early and they were able to check me in early and gave me a free upgrade. I had to leave a day earlier than expected due to the snow storms, and they took off the charge for my second night without me asking. The room was very clean and over all was a great and hassle free experience.

My wife and I absolutely love the property and would have given it a perfect score in every aspect, except for one unusual incident. The fire alarm unexpectedly went off even though there was no real danger. Fortunately, we were able to stay and didn't have to evacuate; however, the downside was that we had to walk up and down 11 flights of stairs because the elevators were out of service due to the alarm, which was really bad timing because we were going to a wedding. That part was definitely frustrating. Aside from that, this hotel is fantastic, and we would definitely return.
