Cool remodeling of an old industrial building. The one bedroom accommodation had stylish furnishings and a nicely appointed kitchen, laundry, and bath. Unfortunately the location is sketchy. The only issues were minor 1. original door code didn't work - but got a new one via chat on my phone in minutes 2. ductwork made a loud noise when the heat went on and off - but i got used to it after the first night Staff was WONDERFUL - great concierge staff, online support excellent, service staff excellent. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Philadelphia.

The heat didn’t work and at night it got so cold I could see my breathe even after Sonder claimed to had fixed it. On top of that the elevator stopped working and I had to walk up and down 8 flights of stairs. No parking attached to the building but there is a parking lot near by that charges $30 every time you enter.
