Nightmare experience. Take this property off vrbo
This property is no longer owned by the host. I booked this for a girls trip and we were left stranded on the streets of Philly when we realized we could not check in. VRBO support was little help and we are still communicating with them 3 weeks later, they are taking forever on refunding our full amount. Absolutely unacceptable.

Delta Conference
We needed a place near the convention center for my sorority conference. This place was fantastic. Everything was beautiful and classy. The fact that my linesister and I had separate sleeping arrangements on each floor was a plus with our own bathroom. The closets were large. I loved it

Modern, convenient, and clean apartment right near Fishtown!
We had a great stay in this apartment. There was easy, free street parking outside. The apartment was easy to get into and the host was quick to reply with any questions. We did have trouble with the code and she called me immediately to get it figured out and we got in right away. The apartment was beautiful, well decorated, and clean. It was a great space for 4 people with two beds & two full baths for a great price. It was a quick 5 minute Uber to downtown Fishtown or we even walked during the day, which took about 15 minutes. I totally recommend this property and this host!

Joselyn, is amazing!! She made my family and I feel very welcomed, she constantly check on us to see if we needed anything, any questions that I had she answered for me with no problem, not to mention the place was very clean, and smell very good, definitely will be back and will definitely book with Joselyn!!

Loved this place!
My family and I needed a place to stay and we were unfamiliar with the town, so we booked this place and hoped for the best. When I say that this place was PERFECT, thats an understatement. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, everything was located within a 3 mile radius, plus plenty of things to do within walking distance. I would absolutely book this place again.

Great apartment close to main Philly attractions
This apartment was a great find. It is located approximately 10 minutes from the main attractions in Philadelphia. It was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. There is quite a bit of neighborhood noise throughout the night. If you are a light sleeper, earplugs may be necessary. Also, the bedroom on the main floor gets a lot of morning sunlight. So a sleep mask may be necessary as well. We were able to find free street parking both nights that we were there. Joselyn was VERY responsive and helpfeul. She is a great host. I would absolutely book this apartment again.
