My home is in the middle of the Washington Square West neighborhood and was built in the 1800s. It is one of the oldest & most historic areas in Philadelphia. The neighborhood is residential with historic townhouses, but also walking distance to everything in Philadelphia including many restaurants, bars, & attractions. The Pennsylvania Convention Center, Rittenhouse Square, Old City, Society Hill, South Street, Bella Vista, & Graduate Hospital are all within a five to ten minute walk.

Public transportation (bus & subway) is easily accessible. There is a bus stop just east of 13th & Lombard & the subway stop (Broad Street Line) is located at Broad & Walnut. The house is within walking distance to two major train stations (Suburban Station & Jefferson Station). 30th Street Station is a ten minute Uber/cab ride & airport is twenty minute Uber/cab (usually under $20)! Uber, Lyft, & taxis are all readily available in the area. There is also an Indego bike share station just a couple blocks from the house on 13th between Locust and Walnut.
