Hotel is in a good location. Be aware that it gets very noisy at night from loud cars if you have a room facing the front of the hotel or a lower floor room. I had to request to change my room which the staff was accommodating.

The hotel and decor was stunning! Great location! One thing of note is that the website mentioned soundproof windows and I found our room to be very noisy, late into the night. My daughter had the bed farther from the window and was easily able to sleep through everything, but I heard a lot of street noise.

The check in and checkout process was quick and smooth. The staff were so nice. The hotel itself in this very old building was stunning and old world and yet the rooms updated and chic. The beds and bedding were super comfortable, but the pillows were too thick with no other options. The valet staff were also very nice. Will stay again!!

Pulled up and there was no one there to greet us. went inside and a group of staff was chatting at the desk. I got the luggage cart and started loading up my bags before anyone came out and offered to help. The room had a big coffee spill on the carpet which was not noticeable until I stepped on it with bare feet. The TV in the room did not work - no connection to anything. I connected my laptop so we could at least watch something. It was late in the evening and I was tired so I did not take the time to complain or ask for another room.
