He claimed they have no records of my booking, and it was already booked for the weekend. The host claimed that he doesn’t use the VRBO application to rent his house. You charged my credit card $361 for the house and I request that you refund the full amount because we were not able to stay there and we had to find and pay for another accommodation. "Going to the area felt unsafe. We used a ranger ford as our transpo and the road going there is too narrow. You can only use motorcycle based on when were about to check in. We actually decided not to go to the place coz we felt unsafe. "

"My mother, my partner, and I booked this property for an 8 day stay. The property was more beautiful than the photos. The stay was clean and comfortable. My mother stayed in the first room while my partner and I enjoyed the second bedroom with a view of the backyard and ocean. Each room had a dedicated AC unit. While the property is shared, we didn't encounter the family much while we were there. They were helpful and hospitable if we needed anything. They kept the property very clean. The...
