For the price, Alicia's Inn is sure great value. The front desk was very welcoming and very helpful. Located in the heart of Philipsburg and less than 5 minutes of walk from the beach, from the shopping area and great restaurants! Strongly recommend this hidden gem!

If you are looking for a nice, clean and budget friendly place to stay, Alicia’s Inn it is! Close to all shops the beach and supermarkets. Special thanks to Barbara and Esther who were helpful and always in for a chat. Will definitely book again with Alicia’s Inn when staying on the island.

Alicia’s Inn is a charming family-run hotel with just 8 rooms, which allows for personal attention to each guest. All the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. When our Wi-Fi didn’t work after the first night, the manager, Jeannina, called her IT guy, who came right away and fixed the problem. This is not a luxury property, but it is clean and safe. Convenient to the beach and shopping. Highly recommend.

This place I rate 5 stars on every level. The staff, the room , the location all were amazing . Oh and most of all the price . The price for such a clean great room was amazing . When I come back to Sint Martin this is the only place I will be staying .. A.J. Kimbrough
