We had booked 3 rooms and each room was spacious and modern looking, AC was working properly. We arrived a little early and the hotel was so accommodating to our early arrival. We did request extra towels the second night we were there and the hotel said they ran out, and never updated us. Other than this minor incident our stay was enjoyable and pleasant. Good place for family, quiet neighborhood not a party scene.

Worst hotel I have stayed in Phnom Penh. Only Plus is the location. Stayed there for 1 night and I was thankful it was just one night. Dark room with bare minimum lighting. No kitchen. Rude front guy. Asked him for one phone call and he said it will cost me money. Asked for heating up food (no microwave in the hotel). Air conditioning close to none. No hot water. Worst experience ever. Charge 40$ for the night. Got 10 time better hotel for 20$ a night, with everything and get service. Would not recommend whatsoever. Asked hotel staff for help and they literally said no English and moved along.

The rooms were super clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great, we loved staying here. We did look around for a pool though, and were disappointed as this was mentioned on the site. No pool... this just needs updating.

部屋は掃除されており、タオルも（少なくとも小さい方は）毎日、交換していたみたいです。空調や水回りについて、特に困る点はありませんでした。TVがアンテナに接続されていない点と、冷蔵庫の冷えが悪い点は、気になる人は気になるかもしれません。10分ぐらい歩いたところに1kg 1USDぐらいの洗濯屋が何軒かあります。

Das Hotel New York war zweckmässig mit normalem Komfort. Die Bilder versprachen mehr als es ist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücks-Buffet war gut und ausreichend. Insgesamt war das Hotel im Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis gut.
