Fabulous little cozy studio conveniently located in the heart of Mesa, in a gated community! Fully furnished, 500 sq. ft. , featuring a king size bed , full size closet, bathroom and kitchenette. The kitchenette is supplied for light cooking. The living room features a TV with access to local Cable. Visitors will also have access to the community pool (non-heated). This is a hotel-conversion , phase one. There will be light construction on property. **Floor 2 Unit Newly renovated studio apartment located in Mesa. It’s close too many amenities, including Spring Training , a family fun park, restaurants, Mesa Art Center, shopping and freeways. You can also enjoy the amazing Arizona weather at the pool just steps away. This room as recently been completely updated. The unit is laid out to comfortably sleep 4 in two beds. Guests will have convenient parking and be able to come and go as they please with the convenience of the self-check-in smart lock. *Hohokam Spring Training Facility is less than 10 miles away! Several other spring training facilities within 20 minutes. *Walking distance to Starbucks , room also features a coffee maker. *Grand Canyon National Park - 4 hour drive We will always respect your privacy and leave you to enjoy your stay. Should anything come up during your stay - please reach out. We are standing by to help resolve any and all issues. We have onsite parking within a gated complex. Driving is the preferred way of moving around the neighborhood. The whole unit is yours. This unit is part of a small and quiet complex with other vacation rentals. I was expecting something basic. I actually left after about 15 minutes. It smelled. Whatever it was gave me a headache. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. There was no drain cover/plug in the bathroom sink. The window was not locked. It took some time and effort to get it closed enough to engage the locks. The “gated community” is actually a large security gate. There were people experiencing homelessness outside the gate. There were bright security lights all over the parking lot. As I was leaving, a woman came up and asked, “Were you really disappointed with this place, too?” She also felt like the description was inaccurate. The host would not refund. Because I did not take photos or video, VRBO would not help me. Expensive lesson learned.

Absolute ghetto
This place looks like a low income apartment complex. We weren’t able to get into the room and my wife wasn’t comfortable staying there. The fact that we couldn’t even get in the room sealed the deal for us. Host said if room want occupied we’d get 75% of our money back still no word.
