Pool heat is a separate charge and is applied to the entire stay. Please specify if you would like this added when booking so we can schedule it for your stay.
There is a charge for early check-in and late check-out. This has to be approved by management first.
Upon booking, we require all our guests to submit a copy of their ID through our guest registration form. This is both for our security and is our standard procedure. Unable to comply would mean cancellation of your reservation.
Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents.
Per city ordinance, we have noise-aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction.

FAQ’s
Q. How far is the home from Old Town?
A. For those not familiar with the area. Old Town is in the southernmost part of Scottsdale. Our home and most homes you are looking at in the area are about a 15 to 20-minute drive to Old Town. Most rentals in the Old Town area are condos or resort-style hotels.
Q. How far is the home from the Airport?
A. Most people fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor. This is about 20 to 30 minutes from most locations in Scottsdale. If you fly privately into Scottsdale Airport, you are only about 10 minutes away.
Q. How does the pool heat work?
A. If you request to have the pool heated, we begin the heating process 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival. We set the heat to 85 degrees. This does not mean the pool maintains that temperature during the colder season. The pool heat fee is applied to the entire stay.
Q. Are there restaurants nearby?
A. Yes, Scottsdale is a big city that is spread out. There are numerous restaurants, bars, and shopping all around within a short distance.
Q. Early check-in or late check-out?
A. Check-in and out time is set to allow our cleaning and laundry staff time to prepare the house for the next guest. If you request either an early check-in or late check-out, fees may apply. Check-in time is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am.
Q. Do you offer concierge services?
A. Yes! We are partnered with Key, which can provide anywhere from a private chef massage therapist, and grocery deliveries. These are local third-party services that we assist in arranging and are NOT affiliated with House and Home Vacations.
We require a Damage Deposit of $1000 for all local guests. This will be released after check-out, provided there are no damages that the renter is liable for.
