We enjoyed the condo. It was clean, comfortably slept 5. Owner was easy to reach and quickly helped resolve the couple of minor issues. We recommend it to any party up to 56. Great location in Scottsdale.

Perfect Stay in a Great Location!
It truly felt like a home away from home. The host had thoughtfully provided all the essentials, and we were especially delighted to find a fully stocked kitchen. The attention to detail didn’t stop there. The linens were fresh, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were equipped with plenty of towels. Communicating with the host was effortless; they were incredibly responsive and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The property was everything we hoped for and more! We had a wonderful Christmas holiday in this beautiful condo. I so appreciated the Christmas tree and decorations Rhyan had ready for us, they really made it feel like Christmas for us even though we weren’t in our own home. The condo had everything we needed and was just lovely. The location was perfect. Walking distance to Old Town, restaurants, bars and stores. Beds were comfy, fully stocked state of the art kitchen, super comfortable sectional and a perfect outdoor patio area. This place checked all the boxes and I highly recommend it.

The townhouse was beautifully decorated and appointed. It was immaculately clean. The location couldn't have been better, across from the Mall and very close to Old Town. It was perfect for our stay. The owner was responsive and very helpful.

The property is nicely remodeled and the value for the money in this location is excellent. It nit real spacious but we were just fine with 6 adults in there. Again given the price point you cant have it all. We would stay here again. Walking distance to fashion square mall is a plus. Thank you Rhyan for always being responsive.

Very nice property. Pool is small but is clean and warm. I was concerned about the location being so close to the road and mall. It turned out to be quiet and not much traffic. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Property manager was very responsive to our needs.

Everything was exactly as described. The property manager was great with communication. About a 10 minute walk to Old Town. We enjoyed the patio with the large table and sitting area. We also used the community grill one night which was very close to the property. The pool was just steps away. Property is in an area with mainly retired people. Quiet and safe area. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Perfectly modern, updated condo across from the mall. It’s about a 10 minute walk but in gorgeous weather there’s no complaints. Super clean, above and beyond with soft fluffy towels and all the amenities you need. Quiet in the community except for a little street noise. Seems to be a much older population living there which makes it pleasant.

Beautiful property
Best condo in the complex and great location. Beautiful and spacious with amazing outdoor space. Only caution is the "heated" outdoor pools are heated starting Nov. 1 so if you are there outside that window they are very cold and unusable. Also no hot tubs. There is Resort Pass so you can still get your pool in other ways at other places.
