Great for LONG STAYS!! Beautiful 4BR in N. Scottsdale + Pets

Thank you for your interest in my house! This is a 4 bedroom house conveniently located in Scottsdale at base of McDowell mountains, close to 101 and all things Scottsdale. The house has many upgrades, including new floors, shower and furniture in 2020.

8 people can sleep comfortably with 1 king sized bed & 3 queens. There are 2.5 bathrooms. The house has a large kitchen, fully stocked with state of the art cookware by Le Creuset.

Enjoy a lovely backyard with grass, patio furniture, seating for outdoor dining and cafe lights offering a nice ambiance. You have full use of a gas grill and new Traeger Smoker grill. There is a heat lamp for the cooler months.

The neighborhood is quiet with McDowell Mountain views, a nice green belt/park for walking your dog and a gated pool. You will have a key to the neighborhood pool and hot tub which are never crowded. The pool is not heated.

The neighborhood is conveniently located near the 101, West World, Mayo Clinic, TPC for the Waste Management Open, and the Scottsdale stadiums. Close by is Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter for fine dining and shopping. If you love the outdoors, this is your place! Close to so many mountain trails, biking paths and more.

While new to this site, I started this vacation rental in 2014. I am currently looking to host guests looking for long term stays, 3 months or longer.

Great house, great location
This house is just as it's pictured. It has plenty of room, comfortable bed, and is very well stocked with everything you would need except for your clothes and food. We would stay here again.
Stayed 30 nights in Mar 2020
