The space
Comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests with 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to ensure you feel right at home.

Modern Comforts: Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a cozy living area with a flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights or unwinding after a day of exploration.

Queen Bed.

BEDROOM #3:
Bunk bed with trundle= 2 twin beds + 1 full bed. Sleeps 4 kids or comfortably 3 adults.

ADDITIONAL SLEEPING AREAS:
Living Room #1: Large Sofa and Loveseat. Sleeps 1-2 guests.
Living Room #2: Large Sectional: Sleeps 1-2 guests.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen, a culinary dream, is fully outfitted for festive meals. Fully equipped with extensive equipment including a Fully Automatic Espresso Machine, blender, air fryer, baking dishes/pans, wine cooler, and enough dishes and silverware to host 15+ as well as enough wine glasses for 12+ guests. (Please note: we welcome gatherings and group dinners, however loud parties are strictly prohibited and noise laws are strictly enforced in this neighborhood.)
Guest access
As our guest, you'll have access to the entire home and private backyard space. We want you to feel at home during your stay, so please make yourself comfortable and let us know if you have any needs or questions. We hope you have a wonderful stay with us!
Other things to note
Here are a few other details to note during your stay:

- Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. We are 420 friendly outside. Please dispose of butts in the ashtray provided.

- We take care of all bedding/towels/laundry and general cleaning when you checkout. We ask that you don't leave dirty dishes or large amounts of trash, but you will not be asked to do chores before leaving.

- If you bring a pet or service animal with you, you are REQUIRED to pick up your animal's poo. This includes service animals across all listings on the platform. You will be fined if any poo removal is required.

- There are cameras on the outside of our property, but none face into the home. Depending on where you park there may be a camera facing your car.

- The front door is locked with a smart lock that automatically generates a new unique code for each stay to ensure maximum security.

- The EV charger is locked in the garage, please let us know in advance if you will be needing to use it during your stay so we can prepare, thank you!
