Welcome to our home in beautiful North Scottsdale, Arizona! We are nestled in the corner of a nice cul-da-sac featuring gorgeous AZ sunsets from the backyard, and Mountain View’s from the front patio.

We are located in the back of a cozy Cul-Da-Sac in an extremely safe and quiet neighborhood. We are located half a mile from Horizon park which includes a kids playground, baseball fields, basketball court, and a dog park. Dining, entertainment and convenience stores located just around the corner including AJ’s Fine Foods, Chipotle, Flo’s Asian, Pita Jungle, Walgreens, Twin Peaks, etc. Enjoy a nice stroll to nearby events including Barrett Jackson and Waste Management Phoenix Open. 3 miles to the exciting entertainment district at the Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland Commons featuring great shopping and dining. 5 miles to TopGolf, Talking Stick Casino and Resort, and Diamondback/Rockies Spring Training. A short 10 mile Uber to the exciting nightlife in Old Town Scottsdale and 15 miles to downtown Tempe (Arizona State University). Looking for a nice hike? We are located in between two major hiking trails. 20 minutes to either Toms Thumb Trail or the well known Camelback Mountain. We are conveniently located with quick and easy access to the 101 highway to get you wherever you need to be.
