The well-equipped island kitchen awaits nearby with high-end appliances, counter seating, a built-in desk, and a casual kitchen table for meals or family game nights. Adjacent to this is a gorgeous living area with plenty of comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, another TV, and a wet bar with a wine fridge. And an air hockey table at the top of the stairs provides another opportunity for fun. Step out to your oasis backyard, where you can fire up the gas grill and dine in the open air, play through on your very own putting green, or take a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool.

While one of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor, the remaining rooms are all upstairs and include a dreamy main bedroom with an en suite bath plus a kid-friendly bunk room with a desk and chair suitable for remote schooling.

In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 85 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
