The property was dirty an had Roaches an when i found them in my room i asked for my money back cause i was leaving. An they said i signed a paper saying i agreed to as is. Unacceptable! When confronted about the roaches, the first thing said from the employee was i thought they called the exterminator. So they knew an i should have been made aware if they were not gunna be given my money back. I will be pursing to het my money back some how

Get what you pay for
Get what you pay for. It’s a room. Sketchy neighborhood. No coffee or breakfast. You get a sheet, no comforter. Cable looks like it’s from 1982. Room wasn’t vacuumed. I took the redeye out of town to not stay another night.

Rm 114 had an issue with water under the floorboards in the sleeping area. Could have been from the loosely installed shower fittings. Ran out of towels trying to keep my feet dry.

No TV, no blankets on beds, terrible. Had to use coats to keep warm. Heater/air , thert non functional and pieces on floor. In spite of "non smoking sign on door, there was a cigarette butt on the floor. No continental breakfast or coffee as advertised. The floor was wet. Finally, the toilet had feces piled up in base and when I tried to flush it, it üoverflowed on to the floor. Then I found that there were no towels or anything helpful to clean it up. I don't think I have EVER in my life rented a hotel room in such poor condition. Myissed my husband's hospital review, to qualify for long term care. I have severe hea mylth conditiins and my husband requires full time, long term care. I am incapable of providing that for him. We are checking out now. We had intended to stay a few more days as I live over 80 miles from medical facility my husband is in but I cannot stay somewhere in this condition as I have severe breathing problems and medical conditions that would not be able to tolerate this kind of situation. Dusty r tops, dirt etc.
