The space
Spend your time making the most of the many amenities, or enjoying the sunshine with plenty of hiking trails, golf courses, and the host of Phoenix/Scottsdale venues within a 10-mile drive.
Casa Buena has plenty of five-star features, including a pebble tech pool with spa, waterfalls, six-hole multi-level putting green, artificial turf lounge area, built-in BBQ, oversized passthrough window from the kitchen to the patio bar, high-end foosball and shuffleboard games, large flat screen TVs with YouTube TV access, comfortable beds and linens. The automated pool You easily control the features of the automated pool from a digital panel with simple to use pre-set options. The large inground spa can be heated but the pool can not.
The clean modern home provides ample seating and lounge areas and two spacious master suites. Each master suite has an ensuite bathroom and independent pool access. The lower master has a kitchenette with a sink, wine fridge, and coffee bar. The upstairs master has a connected exercise room with gear for yoga and a spin bike. The exercise room has windows with views over north Phoenix. Just outside the exercise room is a view deck which is also accessible by circular staircase from the pool area. It is a wonderful spot to watch the tops of palm trees sway or the city lights twinkle at night.
The fully equipped kitchen has a spacious granite island and Sub-zero refrigerator, perfect for cooking and entertaining. The iconic navy dining room is a show stopper. It has 15 ft. ceilings with full length windows, succulent plant trays, dimmable pendant globes, and a curved glass block wall. Its round solid wood dining table and comfortable upholstered chairs will invite dinner conversations to linger and add a touch of class to any mid-day meeting.

Other things to note..
There is a maximum of 8 adult guests allowed at the property and a total of 11 guests allowed including children. No unregistered guests are allowed at the home without host approval.
This home is NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! No loud parties or unruly behavior will be tolerated at all. We welcome all guests to come and have fun and enjoy the home but we do expect you to be respectful of the home and neighbors.

Hot tub heating is available at a cost of $30 per day to cover gas usage.

Ring doorbell and gate cameras only monitor property entry points (front door, side gates, pool equipment area, and garage).
The pool is protected by the tall backyard fence. Exterior doors to the pool area have high handles and are self closing for child safety and compliance with Phoenix city regulations.
Guests may only control pool features using the pre-set options on the control panel.
Guest access
Each guest receives a guest code for the digital front door lock. Other doors may be locked and unlocked once inside.
There is a three car garage, three driveway parking spaces, and ample street parking.
IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with all Arizona statutes, and all city ordinances, rules and regulations regarding short-term vacation rentals. Arizona state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 authorizes HOA's and cities to require occupant information including contact data, and vehicle data. An online portal has been established to make the process of providing the required information easy and to take very little time.

* Pool and Spa Indemnification. VERY IMPORTANT: At no time is a lifeguard on duty.
All renters must digitally execute a Pool & Spa Safety Indemnification Notice before occupancy. (REQUIRED)
* Arrival and Departure Process: An Initial Arrival Instructions email is sent after completing the online Renter Data Form. To protect the health and safety of all renters, and the field staff, the full arrival instructions including the property access information will only be provided the afternoon of your arrival after the property has been fully inspected and authorized for occupancy.
(a) Time Change Policy: All requests for early arrival and/or late departure must be requested in advance and may not be possible based on the home's cleaning, maintenance, and occupancy requirements and schedules. To receive updates on the likelihood of early arrival and/or late departure you may text for updated information on the day of your arrival for early arrival request updates, and the day before your departure to get late departure request updates.
(b) Health, Safety, & Security Protocols: Our arrival processes and systems are designed to prioritize your health and safety by protecting against arrivals to the home before the property has been fully cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and authorized for occupancy. The host reserves the right to cancel your booking if anyone in your group violates the established Health, Safety, and Security protocols by arriving to the property before receiving full authorization to occupy the property.
Cancelation & Refund Policy: NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to the published cancellation and refund policy. All Renters are highly encouraged to purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance within three days of booking. All Renters who purchase "Cancel for any Reason" (CFAR) insurance coverage within three days of booking will be reimbursed 50% of the CFAR insurance premium cost within one week after the Renter's stay has successfully concluded.
NOTICE: Using this property for following purposes is prohibited:
1. Any nonresidential use; 2. Holding a special event that requires a permit or license pursuant to a city or town ordinance or state law or rule; 3. Operating a retail business, restaurant, event center, banquet hall or similar use;4. Housing sex offenders; 5. Operating or maintaining a sober living home; 6. Selling liquor, illegal drugs or pornography; 7. Operating a nude or topless dancing; 8. Obscenity; 9. Adult-oriented business; or 10. Other uses prohibited by A.R.S. 9-500.39. Registration:
