This amazing 2,400 sq ft condo in Fountain Hills (east of Phoenix) AZ has the Master and all living spaces and the garage on the main floor. Downstairs is a very large den, with 2 Queen bedrooms separated by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
The heated community pool is for the 60 LA STRADA condos only and has hot tub, grills and a 2 way gas fireplace topped by beautiful views on 4 peaks.
The interior of condo 805 reflects the owner's travels and family in a comfortable, cozy space. Totally decked out with all you will need for a pleasant stay, my motto is: bring clothes and food only, the rest is provided!
Condo location is ideal across from Starbucks, Safeway and 2 of our favorite eating spots: DJ Bagels and Senor Taco. You can walk to anywhere down town Fountain Hills or take a short car ride into Aderjo Canyon to connect with the walking trail network of Scottsdale/Fountain Hills/ Phoenix.
Fountain Hills location is just a short drive on Shea to Scottsdale and 101 loop. It offers restaurants, the Overlook trail and a beautiful walk around the world famous fountain park (fountain starts on the hour for 15 minutes). Surrounded by mountain views, this town is growing in popularity for its community spirit and all that it has to offer,
