This 4 BR and 2.5 BA beauty is five min from Old Town and near all hiking trails, fashion mall, chandler park, etc. A full chefs kitchen awaits with a large living space to accommodate the whole group.

The Fitness Yard consists of a heated pool, putting green, volleyball court, walking trail with six exercise stations, a weighted push sled and bean bag toss.

Garage hosts fusball, ping pong, six bikes and gym equipment

Near all major attractions including Spring Training, Super Bowl, Old Town. We host so many groups such as Bachelorette parties and even partner with Girl About Town and Scottsdale Bachelorette.

A large living space separates the Master from the rest of the rooms. Living space consists of a large comfy couch, a large dining table, an island with two barstool and a luxury fully stocked kitchen. Coffee is a core value. No, that isn't a joke. We provide a Jura Whole Bean Grinder and fresh locally roasted coffee beans for all of our guests, as well as a Keurig Machine.

Two full baths (one in master) and another half bath great for getting ready and doing the makeup :), or just using the toilet!

Garage consists of six adult bikes, one tike bike, a dumbbell set up to 30 lbs, fuss ball, and a ping pong table.

Front yard has a patio with a fire chat set and four Adirondack chairs.

Back yard has a heated pool, putting green with room to chip on to, volleyball court, weighted sled on a turf stretch and a bean bag toss, and a walking trail with six outdoor exercise stations.

After a guest signs our rental agreement with house rules, etc, we provide a guidebook with the access code, local attractions, and way more!

I am overboard with communication :) But make sure to only give you the info you need to make it a great trip, then I get out of your way unless you need me.

- Guest must sign Renter Agreement
- No Pets are allowed.
- No smoking/vaping anywhere inside the premises, $1000 fine for any violation. All of our rentals are non-smoking. You may smoke outside but all cigarette butts must be picked up and properly disposed of. You will lose your deposit and/or be charged for professional cleaning service if evidence of smoke or cigarette butts are found once you check out.
- NO CONFETTI ALLOWED.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed. If you wish to bring someone outside your reservation, please reach out to us. The rental rate is for 11 people max. If you exceed the max number of guests you will forfeit your damage deposit if applicable or you will be charged $100 per day for each extra guest.
- Quiet Time is enforced 10 pm - 6 am
- Check-in time is 4 pm or after and Check-out it 10 am.
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
- Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind.
- Management shall not be liable for damage to renter's property of any type, for any reason or cause whatsoever.
