From our fully updated synthetic grass back yard you’ll see a full view of WestWing Mountain. We have a swing, BBQ, patio string lights, kid toys, and all you need to enjoy a relaxing patio vacation. Directly across the street is a big green belt where you can play catch or frisbee, or enjoy a nice lunch on the picnic table. Just a few steps from our front door is the WW Mountain Trailhead (4 Mile beautiful hike). There are two big parks within a short waking distance with basketball and swings. Paloma Park (120 acres) is around the corner! Our entire home was fully renovated last year. Everything is brand new! You’ll enjoy a home decorated with care. We pay professional cleaners between each renter and always double check to make sure it’s sparkly clean. We take pride in renting. You have full access to our home with new washer and dryer access, an abundance of towels, linens and pillows. The house is perfect for children as it’s all baby-proofed and all TVs and dressers are mounted to walls. Every room has ceiling fans and house has nest thermostat for perfect air circulation and comfort. Home has good clean drinking water through RO system. Freezer makes filtered ice. All TVs have access to full list of cable channels, YouTube TV, Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc. Quiet neighborhood with great neighbors and corner lot. Only 5 minutes from Super Target, new Frye’s Marketplace, and shopping center with great restaurants. Less than 30 minutes to PHX Airport, Scottsdale, and less than 10 minutes to so many great golf courses. Close proximity to Cardinals Stadium and Spring Training Ballparks. Great house for young kids
Great house for young kids! We were traveling with our 4 & 5 year old, and the house was perfect. Optional kiddie locks, blackout shades for naptimes (and sleepy mornings), some toys and books. Loved the kitchen and the different family spaces. Let the kids (and adults) have their own spaces and not be crowded together. The backyard was a hit - the kids chased and kicked a ball back & forth or cooked a "meal" in the little play house. The scenery was beautiful - tucked against a mountain range. A really nice house to either homebase from or hunker down for a few days with kids. Owner was responsive and super helpful - even when we needed a late late check-in due to an evening flight. Love this house and would stay again when we return to Phoenix area.

Wow!!!What an amazing house!!!
I like staying in clean and beautiful houses, and this was just the one to meet all my expectations. The house was very welcoming, very well stoked with everything that I needed for the whole stay. Being close to shopping and restaurants it’s a plus, they have trails and parks close by, and probably more. We enjoyed the Mountain View and the kids loved reading books outside in the swing. The property manager was very friendly and he responded fast. Check in, was very simple and literally I got in the house, as soon as I got there. No wait at all. So don’t worry if you get in late. All I can say is that we had grate time in this beautiful house!
