Guests are welcome to use all parts of the home with the exception of the garage.

POOL HEATING COST: There is an extra $50/day charge if you would like the pool heated. Please message us promptly after booking if you would like the pool heated. When the pool is heated it will be at a swimmable temperature, but not the temperature of that of a hot tub.

*In the months of June, July, and most of August we don't usually find it beneficial to heat the pool.

Another great stay at this property
We first stayed at Natalie and Jed’s property in 2023 and loved it so much we returned this year. It is in a perfect location for Scottsdale and Phoenix, well equipped and spotlessly clean with a fantastic pool and outdoor area. Natalie and Jed are an absolute pleasure to deal with. We are a family of four with two teenagers and the house was perfect for us. I can highly recommend this property and its owners if you are looking for a vacation rental In Scottsdale/Phoenix. Thanks again Natalie and Jed!

Family vacation in Scottsdale
We had a fantastic stay at Natalie and Jed’s property. The house is in a great location and was just as described and spotlessly clean. Pool and pool area were perfect Natalie was excellent to deal with - all communications responded to promptly and really clear check in and check out instructions. I would highly recommend this property and Natalie and Jed as hosts.

Great, Comfortable Stay
Great location and a comfortable home. Our kids enjoyed pool time and eating meals on the patio (outdoor tv was a win!). It is a quiet neighborhood and we did our best with the kids to not disturb the neighbors. It was our first time in the area as a family and looking forward to visiting again. Thank you for a great stay! The snack basket and wine was such a nice touch.

Wonderful home - great hosts!
This home suited our needs very well and exceeded our expectations. We very much appreciated that the owners were very thoughtful about what would make a very positive experience for their guests. A lot of comfortable spaces in the home and well stocked kitchen. The welcome basket upon arrival was an added plus. The owners were extremely responsive to any questions and very accommodating. They could not have been kinder! The pool and outside spaces were terrific! So many places to sit and lounge. Great neighborhood- lots of nice areas to walk and close to grocery stores. Highly recommend!

Great family vacation getaway
We really enjoyed our stay. Owners were easy to contact and responded very quickly. Had one little mix up but was rectified very quickly and charges were refunded with no questions or headaches! The house suited our needs for 4 adults and 4 kids (4yr, 2yr, 9mo, 6mo). Outdoor area was awesome with the pool and fake turf area being great for kids with lots of pool toys. Thought the listing undersold the child amenities/supplies with more at the house than expected which was great. Overall great experience

Perfect family weekend!
We rented this property to celebrate my in-laws’ 50th anniversary and we had the best time!! The property is so clean and updated - it’s absolutely gorgeous. The hosts left us the cutest little welcome basket and the house had everything we needed as far as utensils, extra bedding etc. There’s a BBQ, fire pit, pool, lots of lounge chairs, cute little backyard lights and lawn games. I also loved that it’s a smart home - roku TVs in every room and touch code entry on the front door. We joked that we’d just stay until they kicked us out - ha! 10/10 would recommend!

A Paradise Getaway!!!
If we could give this stay more than 5 stars we definetly would! We’ve traveled all around the world and this place is one of our absolute family favorites! From the moment you walk in the door you feel taken care of! The home was immaculately clean. The beds were super comfortable and the towels were fluffy and cozy. The layout was perfect for unwinding in the cool air conditioning on hot afternoons. The home is spacious and so beautifully decorated. But the best part of all was the outdoor pool area! We can’t rave about it enough! Sparkling clean water and so much space to relax and enjoy outdoor life as a family. From corn hole to pool basketball to outdoor lounging we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We throughly enjoyed eating meals on the patio and sipping cocktails poolside. This place has everything you’d need and more! The location was also a big perk. Just a super quick 15min drive from the Phoenix airport and so many awesome restaurants, grocery stores and other attractions to choose from. The hosts are super quick in their responses and the welcome basket was such a thoughtful touch! We will definetly stay here again and recommend to our family and friends!

A great get away
The property was in a perfect location - close to our activities in north scottsdale but easy to get to the pool near Phoenix downtown where my daughter trained every day. The real hit was the gift basket upon arrival late at night and zero groceries. A huge lifesaver for a starving 8 year old at 11pm at night. When we left my daughter asked to rent the exact same place the next time she has to come down and train for a week.
