Perfect family home
We gathered in Phoenix for our parents’ celebration of life and this home served as a perfect base for our adult kids and us just to reminisce poolside, play a little golf, and relax. The home was well stocked and everything was very clear. We were long time ahwatukee residents and it was great to be “home”.

Very well furnished, stocked and decorated property located on a Par 3 on a fine golf course. Extremely clean and owner/host was very friendly and responsive. Very quiet location despite being situated so close to HWY 202 - the sound barrier wall does its job!! Would most definitely stay here again.

I can't say enough about this property or it's management. The home is beautiful with an executive style to it. It has everything you need and Tami has it stocked for the things you forget. It's in a very safe area and very close to restaurants and shops. I'll be back next year.

Beautiful relaxing home
This house was absolutely stunning, so spacious, and well equipped for those who love to cook and relax. We lounged in the pool, played games and watched movies and it couldn’t have been a nicer more relaxing weekend. The close proximity to the golf course was the icing on the cake.

This home was ideal for getting away. The neighborhood was quiet. Right on the golf course. Home was well stocked with all the little things you need. We arrived after dark and the house numbers are small and not lit up- so it was a little difficult to find the right house. Other than that, we couldn’t have had a better stay.

Ideal for golfers
This house was perfect for our family of 4. The kids enjoyed the putt putt and ping pong table. The beds were comfortable and ample amenities including shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, pots, pans, hair dryer even a curling iron, I could go on. This house is perfect for golfers, I did feel like we weren’t able to be loud outside given the close proximity to other houses and being right on the golf course so that was the only downside.

Amazing 1st experience!
This was my first experience with Vrbo and Evolve and I will absolutely use them again. The property was perfect and contact with all involved was seamless and pleasant. There was a very informative folder in the property that listed everything in detail, and it also had recommendations for the area. The home had other areas that were labeled to insure there was no confusion. This was a fantastic experience and I will definitely use this property again in the future!

Amazing Home.
If you are looking for a beautiful, comfortable property to stay for work or leisure then this house is for you. Everything about it was awesome and communication was an ease. This property felt like home! It had everything we needed & more. My sister & I took our kids on a family vacation & this property was the perfect amount of room for everyone, & the backyard was so much fun. The gated backyard was also great for dogs, but also allowed us to watch the golfers try to conquer hole 16. I can’t say enough about this property - find to the smallest details! We’ll definitely be back!
