We chose this location as we thought it was economical and still convenient for the airport. Rooms were run down and grubby and we had to change rooms as the toilet was broken in our first room. The bed and toilet, shower and basin were clean in our second room but the TV didn't work. The whole hotel needs serious modernisation and upgrades. Would not recommend. Stay away.

I was just a guest at the Green Tree Inn and Suites near Sky Harbor Airport for a SHORT time (arrived at 9:30 p.m., and checked out at 4:30 a.m. most hotels in Phoenix were charging $150 - $200 per night (outrageous!), and the Green Tree charged less than $100 per night. THANK YOU! The hotel was decent, but it was VERY difficult to find, as there was some major road construction and closures near the hotel. Of course, that wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but it affected the overall quality of the stay.

They are in the process of remodeling and while I understand that.. They need to implement a better system to remove the harsh smell of paint.. It made a nice situation miserable.. The rooms did not look anything like what I saw on the picture..

Over all this property is in a covenant area. Places to eat lunch and dinner with in walking distance . Customer service is good, friendly and I don’t feel like a burden with my multiple requests and concerns. The chicken in the parking lot was friendly too. :) thank you to everyone who has made me comfortable and safe! You are all awesome well done
