First room had leaking fawcett in bath. Could not shut it off. Reception desk moved us as a courtesy. Second room, TV would not function. Reception desk attendant came to our room to help us. Jonnae was just as concerned as we were! She (Jonnae) was professional, kind and enthusiastic to fix our TV issue. She was unable to, and related concern to maintenance person and apologized for our inconvenience.

The actual property was really cold especially for the current weather. There were bums around the facility although they were really polite. The breakfast could have used a variety of different types of meats like turkey bacon or sausage or maybe even some beef instead of only pork; otherwise it was pretty decent especially for the price. I would stay again but I’d bring a thick blanket next time.

Not a thing. There were no lights in our room, the elevator didn’t work, the checking staff was rude and non helpful. The food was abysmal. Our room awful. The chair in our sitting room looked like someone peed on it. It also had holes. No towel racks in bathroom. One washcloth for two people for two days. Carpet tacks fully exposed

Upon arrival we were told our room was on the 4th flr and that the elevator was broken. Staff at the time didn’t really seem to care for the inconvenience. Front desk let me know we were about 10mins before check in time and we could get us a room on the main floor (but waiting for rooms to be cleaned and short staffed) and allowed us to put our bags in a messy storage room. We were able to sit but the pool area (very kind) tho once we got out to the pool area the pool was freezing so we thought we would stick our feet into the hot tub. The hot tub water was very low and when jets were manually turned on water blasted everywhere (due to being so low) tiles were missing and it could have handled a cleaning but took into consideration that it was an outdoor tub with out a cover. Hot tub was also missing tiles (last day hot tub was murky) After an hour of waiting to get our room there was a line up and our names were written down to later receive a 2nd floor room (better then lugging bags up 4 flights of stairs. Our room was fine except the curtains had lots of stains from pain to god knows what. We put a few items in the fridge to later discover it wasn’t on, no biggie we plugged it in and carried on, to later discover everything in the fridge was FROZEN. Overall the hotel was fine it looks like the maintenance is done by a beginner handyman and cleaners could definitely step up their game. For the most part front desk was kind tho a more welcoming demeanour would go a long way

Front desk staff (Jonae) was so friendly, and helpful, arranging our transportstion needs. Hotel is somewhat older, but has been refurbished and kept clean. A maintenance issue couldn't be addressed during our one night stay, but didn't keep us from enjoying our room. Gas fire pit made for a cozy evening in courtyard, and lobby is large with comfortable seating. Also, a special shout out to cheerful breakfast attendant.

I wouldn't recommend it to my ex-wife. The beds had a top sheet and verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry thin blanket but no comforter. And if I didn't already mention it, I wouldn't recommend it to my ex-wife.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been. The staff is polite and accommodating. However, the noise is terrible! I could hear slamming doors all the time! I barely slept because of this. Its pretty noisy (car park) even at night. Also, the shower is terrible as I had a hard time turning it off. It kept leaking and took a while to shut down. I’ll never book this hotel again! Ever!

Elevator wasn’t working but got a room on the 1st floor. I was by an exit that had people coming and going all night. It was very noisy! Didn’t sleep much because of it. Breakfast opened a little late and I needed to leave for the airport. Breakfast is not diabetic friendly. Other than eggs, everything was high carb. And there was no meat or fruit. Also no sugar free syrup.

Great to place to stay but a little over priced for an older hotel AND I still haven’t gotten my $100 deposit that should have been refunded back to my card right after I checked out. Convenient for dropping off my daughter to catch a flight at 5:00 in the morning.
