The Space:

Heated pool (serviced twice a week on Monday and Thursday)

Please do not touch or adjust any of the pool equipment. Our staff will take care of everything to ensure the pool stays in perfect condition for your enjoyment. Any damage to the pool will result in a minimum of a $500 fee. If you have any concerns or need assistance, just let us know, and we'll be happy to help!

Perfect home for families traveling together!

Pool heat is available for an additional $60/day. Please let us know in advance so we can heat the pool up before you arrive! The nightly requirements to heat the pool up is for the full stay.

The Neighborhood:
Super close to Old Town Scottsdale, this home is located in a very safe area of town.

Getting Around:
There are two covered parking spaces, a half circle driveway that can fit an additional two parked cars or so, and free street parking in front of the house in the case of more cars needing to be parked.

Other Things to Note:
Please respect our awesome neighbors by keeping the area quiet and peaceful. No parties. Please keep music by the pool at respectful levels.

Noise ordinance: 10pm - 6am

There is a late checkout fee of $150 if guests are still at the property when the cleaners arrive.

There is a $250 pet fee if pets are brought to the property.
