Firepits on all hours of the day, heated pool (a little chilly in the beginning of January, but swimmable), and the little long shop = convenient. Didn't try the BLVD bar/restaurant food or drink but was super impressed with the "Miracle @ the BLVD" holiday decor and themed menu!
