It was amazing, the only hard part was the parking. We wanted to check in when there was a Sun’s game across the street so all the streets were blocked off. We are not from the area so that was hard to navigate but we eventually figured it out.

The hotel is great. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and responsive to requests. But their parking is horrible. I've never seen anything like it at other hotels. They charge you $45 a night for vallet, which essentially means they charge for parking. I had to play a game of musical chairs every night with the parking spaces up front which were the only free parking spots part of the hotels, which maybe has room for 6 cars. During our last night there, they changed the rules to also start charging people a vallet fee for those spots too. Someone must have realized they're losing out on parking money. I get that it's downtown, but please have some free parking spaces for your guests. Or at least include it in your price. The hotel was great, but I'll never stay there again for that reason.
