Over all great stay, check in and out were quick and smooth. Staff were all very friendly . Pool heater was broken but not a big deal. Area was nice , easy to access and close to shopping and restaurants . Room was clean and spacious . Property is starting to age a little over all but no real complaints . The complimentary breakfast is was good , with bagels , muffins , yogurt , cereal, juice, eggs , sausages and make your own waffles.

The pool heater was down. An elevator was down. The breakfast staff was very rude. Same breakfast every morning. Our hotel lock broke so we couldn’t lock our door and if we did we couldn’t get out. Super disappointed not good for families or vacations

The shower leaked a steady stream of water, the room wasn’t freshened up once during our stay, the room had a bad smell we had to buy air fresheners to help eliminate the odor. Breakfast was missing some food choices, limited utensils with no concern from the staff, rude comments from staff to other guests.

They put my wife and I in an accessible king size bed room (did not require or request accessible). Because of this the room was smaller and the bathroom was huge but with a small tub which had all the accessible things like a folding seat and handles. Overall everything seemed old used and not clean. Did not want to use the shower. The tub did not drain well and on the 2nd night it got worse so we contacted front desk and they moved us to a much nicer room with a nice bathroom (not accessible). If they put us in the nicer room at first the review would be 5 stars.

The Staff is friendly and very welcoming! Many options to choose from at breakfast every morning! My room was clean and my bed was super comfy! The hotel is a short drive from the Airport. I enjoyed my stay!

The clerk was rude when checking out. She did not allow me to stay in the lobby as I awaited my ride. It was noted from other patrons that they witnessed homeless people sitting in the lobby the day prior without not being told anything. How is that fair for patrons who have paid and simply waiting for a ride?

The hot tub did work well because there was not enough water and the jets would splash all over. The breakfast eggs were cold each day and the coffee was cold and old!
