The staff were wonderful, very helpful and courteous. Super convenient to the Mesa airport and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Only negative at the moment is that they are currently doing a renovation so the aesthetics and ambiance are diminished. But overall a good stay for the price, especially if only staying a night.

The water was turned off from 11am-4:30pm with no warning other than a note slipped under our door. We couldn’t get ready to go do anything all day. The house keeper also banged on our door at 9AM as if we were late checking out…it was just ridiculous. No money knocked off the bill or anything. The manager wouldn’t come speak to me neither, had the poor girl at the front desk being the middle man. Will probably never stay again, definitely was not worth the money.

Have been staying here with my family on and off through out the past couple of months and we have had a great experience every time the staff are great especially front desk Arianna and Alesha they are the absolute sweetest … My kids enjoy the hotel so that says something .Can’t wait to see all of the upgrades they are making. We will be back soon

I would have gave 1 star across the board if not for the friendly desk clerk. The hotel has no control over construction going on so cannot really fault them for that either. I had to drive an extra 2-3 miles to get into the property because you could not make a left hand turn. Again, something you cannot fault them for. What I can fault the property for is renting out a room that looks like somebody was murdered in the bed. I was pretty shaken up seeing that and couldn’t get out of there quick enough. Thankfully they gave me no pushback for a full refund once I showed the desk clerk the photo. I cannot grasp how they could rent out the room like that.

Apparently Hilton has taken over this place. It needs an update. Carpets are dirty, toilet seat was old & faded. In room cooling sucked. Tiny TV. It’s cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.

Wasnt very clean but the bed was comfortable, it was quiet and close to a lot of stores. It was a place to lay our head for the night as we were out most of the day. Light in the bathroom didnt work very well.
