Beautiful 5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom model home in safe gated community.

Minutes from State Farm Stadium, Westgate Entertainment District, Desert Diamond Casino, Tanger Outlets, various other shopping locations, 0.2 miles from nearest grocery store. and 35 minutes from Scottsdale for Waste Management Phoenix Open. A wide variety of dining locations nearby.

House has a bar to entertain, please note we are happy to supply and stock the bar for a small fee plus cost of alcohol requested, however alcohol shown in images will not be included. Certain mixers and bar tools will be be provided.

NEST camera at front door and side gate only. Guests will have the privacy and any video surveillance will only be looked at if concern is brought to our attention and it is needed.
