GORGEOUS Sunnyside Life is ready for you to checkin and start creating memories. This spacious 4 bedroom home features vibrant colors through out with plush furnishings, cozy linens, and a large private backyard with swimming pool.  You and your guests will love spending just as much time inside as you will outside!  The pool table room and board games will entertain guests of any age, and the spacious backyard has a Smart TV, sparkling pool (heat $), propane fire pit, BBQ, and corn hole!

With 3,000 square feet to spread you vacation wings everyone in your group can enjoy together-time and then retreat to their private space when the day winds down.  The family room has a large sectional sofa and stylish chairs to bring everyone in for catching up and planning the rest of your trip.  The kitchen is fully stocked to make your meals at home, or call our concierge team and hire a private chef for the ultimate pampering experience!  There is seating for 6 at the dining table in the kitchen, or maybe you prefer the dining room with french door that open to the backyard.  You can post up at the outdoor dining table next to the grill and be the first one to be served up a burger. 

The master bedroom is a space all its own with a king bed work space.  Split from the other 3 bedrooms, it has a sofa and 64" Smart TV for lounging around and getting some alone time.  There is plenty of space for unpacking with the dresser and 2 master closets.  The ensuite bathroom has an elegant soaking tub and standup shower.  The dual sinks and vanity space is enough to get ready for your day without bumping shoulders.

The shared guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo, and there's a half bath in the hallway for added convenience.  Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers are provided in full baths.

Sunnyside has a lush backyard with plenty of greenery and space for enjoying the beautiful Arizona weather.  Jump in the pool (Can be heated for an additional $70/Night), relax on one of the couches in front of the outdoor TV, or take a seat at the dining table for games or grabbing some grub.  This home is located along the Phoenix Sonoran Bikeway with miles of paved trail for the cyclist in your group.  It's a great trail for your morning jog, or an evening walk. Please request pool heat 24-48 hrs prior to arrival.

Golf courses of all skill levels are minutes away including the TPC Golf Course that hosts the Waste Management Open.  Check out events at West World, shop and eat at the Kierland Commons, or get your hike on at one of the many trails surrounding the area. Day trips up to Sedona, Jerome, or Flagstaff are only a few hours North of Scottsdale, and have unique experiences to add to your stay.

Hidden Gem!!!
I'm giving this property a full five stars!!! The property was beautiful!!! The back patio with pool area was a hidden gem, especially with all the flowers in bloom. Beds were comfortable and our parents in their 70's and grandparents in their 90's had a wonderful time and no issues with mobility even with one using a walker and the other using a cane. Thank you so very much for beautiful memories!!!

We really loved this house, which is spacious, beautifully decorated, furnished and landscaped, with a lovely backyard and pool. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. The host was kind and responsive. Although it's a no-pets listing, it smelled at first like a dog had recently lived there, but that went away after a couple days.

The property was as advertised. Very nice property in a very quiet, clean neighborhood. Our stay at this gem was as expected. We encountered an unexpected couple of cool windy days, so we didn't spend much time outside (as we'd liked to have) although the patio and pool were nice. I always ask myself if I would return to a place, and this one I surely would.

Beautiful home
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It is in a quiet neighborhood. There was no mat in bathtub causing a family member to slip and fall and that shower also had a very low showerhead. The pool was not working well and we had to have the pool company come out twice to fix it. I had very good communication with the property management about the pool though, and they came and fixed it for our last day in the pool. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay with my family.

Nice house / bad A/C management
The house was great for a couple days in Scottsdale with the family. The only issue, was a big issue for us. We weren't able to change the A/C temperature because the thermostats were managed online by the host. That is a big issue for any city, but with the heat in Scottsdale, we needed to lower it and it was not possible. I'm not staying in that house again.

Beautiful and comfortable property
We loved this house and had a super comfortable, relaxing easy time here. So many rooms, bathrooms, and their wonderful size and design felt so luxurious and spacious. Also love the 1 level plan. Side yard patio and pool are just gorgeous and tho it wasn’t pool weather we spent lots of time just hanging out there. The only comment we had was that oddly the house is not really well lit so kind of dim and darkish at places. Lots of outlets etc but either no functional lamps or tiny low lights. That being said, the management company was outstanding at working with us immediately to bring some new lamps over…and also a shower plumbing issue that was fixed the very next day. I would really encourage a bit of a lighting upgrade though…it was just a bit odd. But we loved the place and hope to stay for longer next winter!

Great overall
We were in Phoenix for a long weekend with our son, his wife and 2 yo granddaughter. Katie was exceptional in her almost immediate communication and accommodating our special requests. The house is conveniently located and clean. The master bedroom was located away from the rest of the house so there was plenty of privacy. The temperature got to 100 each day, but the house was very comfortable with plenty of ceiling fans. The only negatives were the lack of grilling utensils ( at least we did not find them). Also, my wife would have liked more pans for baking. The tv was difficult to navigate. Some detailed instructions would have been helpful. Overall a good experience. Would recommend.

Scottsdale Stay
We came to Scottsdale to meet up with family that lives in Gilbert to celebrate our grandson's first birthday and fathers day. The house is large, beds comfortable and the pool and outdoor area very nice. The location is also very good. We would give this property 3.5 to 4 stars. The reason for this mostly is the temperature of the house. When we arrived the house was very warm and set to 74 degrees. There is no way to lower the temperature without contacting the property manager, She responded right away and did lower the temp. However, it was 110 outside and in the living room, kitchen area it did not work well. The only fan in the living room had one speed, very slow! While we understand that it costs a lot to cool a house, it also costs a lot to rent it. A few other things to note is the cooktop is induction and we had never used one before, had to do look it up. The outdoor misters do not work and the hallway bath tub fills does not drain well. Just a note to others renting the house, the pool steps are steep and there is no handle for getting in/out of the pool. Fine for most people most likely, but not us old folks!
