Old Town Scottsdale 3BR - Private hot tub and patio

Cozy Old Town Scottsdale home, convenient to Scottsdale Stadium (1 mile or 20 minute walk), great for spring training fans. Two bedrooms with a third set up for exercise though there is a nice self-inflating Serta mattress available should you desire. Spacious and private backyard with hot tub. Gas grill and plenty outdoor seating. Park in the drive and on the street. 4 minute walk to Old Town Trolley stop and easy access to all of Old Town Scottsdale. Central location good for visiting ballparks and other attractions in and around the Valley.

The space
The home was built in the 1950s. High quality laminate flooring has been installed in all rooms of the house except the dining area which has tile. All appliances are modern and in working order. There are showers in each of the two bathrooms but no tub (except for the hot tub in the back yard). The large patio is made of adobe bricks imported from Mexico. A nice mesquite tree and an oleander wall provide ample shade in warmer weather. There is open space with direct sun access for part of the day when the weather is cooler.

An exercise room is equipped with a Temp Studio complete with dumbbells and weights. On demand and live classes available on the big screen with lots of choices of various lengths for weight training, yoga, HIIT and more. An Ergatta Water Rower also offers a variety of on demand classes. There is also a very basic stair stepper and a "Total Gym" of the sort Chuck Norris and Christy Brinkley promoted.

There is a washer and dryer in the home and a gas grill on the patio.

There are no shared spaces so you have the home and the private backyard to yourselves

There are several good restaurants within 5-10 minutes walking. Italian, Vietnamese, Mexican are all within that distance as well as a good assortment of fast food restaurants. Old Town Scottsdale is 5 minutes by car or 20-30 minutes to walk and the shops and restaurants there are too numerous to list. There is also the free Scottsdale Trolley system with a stop that is a 3 or 4 minute walk. It is an easy ride into Old Town and with a connection provides access to all of Scottsdale including the shopping malls that enjoy great popularity among locals and visitors.

Guest access
Backyard adobe brick patio and a spacious hot tub. All rooms in the house are accessible. There is a locked pantry that is for maid supplies and a some locked cabinets. There is outdoor storage that is locked and not accessible.

Other things to note
Old Town Scottsdale with shops, restaurants, bars and art galleries is easily accessible as is the San Francisco Giants Spring Training facility, Fashion Square Mall and more.

Spring Training (Giants 4 minutes, Cubs 10 minutes, Rockies 15 minutes , Barrett-Jackson), Phoenix Waste Management Open all easily accessible as well as the best of the Valley restaurants and nightlife.
