Good location and friendly staff. Self park is available in the nearby ASU parking deck, but beware it doesn’t come with in and out privileges. Rooms are a bit loud (can hear street traffic and noises), but location was good.

No one went out of their way. It was no different than any other hotel. Expected more as we have stayed at Omni in the past. Super convenient hotel, nice interior, well kept. Great hotel

Parking was a nightmare! Parking garage is 2 blocks away and not clearly marked/labeled. We drove in circles trying to figure it out. We were unable to check in and unload our luggage at the doors. Instead we had to drag all of our luggage from the parking garage. Also the rooftop experience is only available with a $200 minimum purchase at the restaurant.

If you are not using the valet then they are very rude when you’re trying to check in. Space is tight but they could just ask for your keys to move your car if needed (no one there when I checked in other than me). Second, $25 service charge per day? This is not a Resort, it’s a hotel. I’ll stay at the Westin next time.

The property was exceptionally clean and the staff were all very professional. We elected to use the valet parking service which was convenient. The hotel was within 30 to 45 minutes of the activities that we chose to do. Also, it is in walking distance to many dining options, coffee shops, and the ASU campus.

This is our second stay here. The hotel is nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant options within the hotel are ample, however the biggest draw for us is that it’s really conveniently located so we don’t need to rent a car. Will look to stay here again in the future.
