I required a wheelchair accessible room and had a small service dog with me. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and quiet, easy to move around in a wheelchair. The roll in shower was easy to use and enjoyable after a long drive.

There was an issue with the plumbing in our room when we got to our room but their maintenance man was to our room within 5 minutes and got it fixed. He was very nice. Gave it a 4 jusr because there is no kleenex, refrigerator or microwave in the rooms.

The reception staff was up late to greet us and very helpful and kind. The room was very well priced -- clean, pretty, full of amenities for what we paid. We didn't have pets along but love that Red Roof properties are pet friendly and the additional cost for having one stay is quite reasonable.
