The staff makes everything so difficult for guests now. It’s not the way it was before. They have a lot more rules now that inconvenience guests such as no cash or everyone keeps asking for a review. The breakfast menu only has like 5 items if that. They did not honor the room I had reserved through Expedia and instead they gave me a handicapped room that was not a suite. Very disappointing to see this place change for the worst.

We stay at this place just about every year for the supercross race. This year it seemed you we're very understaffed. It's impressive all the stuff you have going on but, we pay like $500 a night while we were there. And when we're spending that much money we would expect a lot better service. We sat at the lobby bar for drinks and some food. We were ignored by the 3 bartenders for 20 minuets. I finally got up and left. It took an hour to get a table and get service for Breakfast.

I LOVED my stay at the Renaissance hotel in Phoenix, everything is in walking distance the restaurants the outdoor mall the bars and activities!! you wouldn’t even want to leave the area. also the pools are heated which was awesome since i visited in the winter 🌵!!
