The open design welcomes you into a luxurious high-end setting. As light trickles in from the windows overlooking the vibrant outdoors, move freely throughout the home. With the kitchen equipped with an array of cooking supplies, every meal is a masterpiece. Relax in any of the stunning 6 bedrooms; 5 furnished with a king-size bed and 55" TV, plus a bunk room with both a full size and twin size bunk bed. All 6 bedrooms has it's own bathroom. 2 of the bedrooms are located in the Casita. Cozy up on the couch and put on your favorite movie. Not big on TV? No problem, play a game of foosball or gather around one of the tables for family game time. You can rest easy knowing that not only is Luxury Villa a lovely place to stay with plenty of amenities, but it can comfortably house you and all your guests.
Please do not touch or adjust any of the pool equipment. Our staff will take care of everything to ensure the pool stays in perfect condition for your enjoyment. Any damage will result in a minimum of a $500 fee. If you have any concerns or need assistance, just let us know, and we'll be happy to help!
Pool Heat is an additional $300 per day & will only get to 78 degrees Oct - April. (the pool is HUGE) The minimum requirements to heat the pool up is full stay.
There is one Pack & Play at the house.

Guest Access:
Easy, fast, hassle free self check-in! Following a simple electronic signature, you will receive check-in information 1 week prior to your stay, and will gain access to this space by utilizing the key pad on the front door.
The Neighborhood:
The property is in North Scottsdale on a private street with beautiful views of the mountains!
Other Things to Note:
There is a late checkout fee of $150 if guests are at the property more than 30 minutes after the agreed checkout time.
No pets are allowed at the property. There is a $350 pet fee if pets are brought to the property.
If pool heat is purchased the pool will be set to 80 degrees.
We require photo ID to be submitted & the guest agreement to be signed prior to check in.
Interaction with Guests:
I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
