Ground Level Condo in Old Town Scottsdale! NEW furniture, NEW Bed! We want to exceed your expectations! Sanitized!

Location! Location! This condo is close to all of the great amenities of downtown Scottsdale, walk across the street to Fashion Square Mall, Scottsdale's premiere shopping mall. Restaurants line the streets, from Mastro's Steakhouse, Culinary Dropout, Olive and Ivy and many more! Golf courses abundant within 10 minutes. Try the Phoenician, McCormick Ranch, and Talking Stick to name a few. Close to Spring baseball, gorgeous hikes, ASU, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and the center of Metropolitan Phoenix. The complex has four community pools, outdoor games, on-site maintenance, BBQs and nice laundry room all within 50 ft of this perfectly located ground floor unit. There is a covered parking space and open parking, which makes carrying in bags a breeze. No Steps!!

This unit faces the pool, it has a patio with comfortable sitting for a relaxing time. The unit has flat screen, smart TVs in both living area and bedroom, wi-fi and phone for local calls. Walk-in shower, brand new high-end furnishings, good storage, both inside and outside dining, nice appliances. There are so many good restaurants around that you don't need to ever cook, but if you do wish to cook or entertain, this unit is all set up for you with quality dishes, cookware and bar ware. Bedding is important, and this condo features a Brand NEW inner spring, pillow top king size Bed (won 2 best bed awards) with high thread count sheets and good quality pillows. Sofa also supports a Queen Sleeper!

Owners are a couple, who live close by if you need any assistance.

We prepared this condo with careful consideration with the goal to provide the most comfortable and best places you will stay! Our goal is that our visiting family and our new guests/friends enjoy their stay so much they want to return! We look forward to welcoming you and thank you for considering staying with us.

We regret that we can not offer discounts during the months of Jan-March, but we are open to multi-month and last minute discounts the other 9 months of the year. We also apologize but we are not accepting pets at this time!

The property was exactly as advertised, comfortable in every way, and very well decorated. I especially enjoyed the patio view of the pool (which was too cool to use when we were there). We had great communication with Debbie every time we contacted her. The bed was wonderful. In fact, the bedroom was as comfortable as we could have ever expected. Debbie had the condo well stocked with paper products. The kitchen was small, but had what we needed. Debbie even provided us with a surprise treat when we arrived, which was very thoughtful. The value we received for the money was tremendous. By the way, the condo is within easy access to everything you might want to do without even having to use the freeway. We would totally stay there again if we ever go back to Scottsdale.

Waking distance to great shopping, movies restaurants
What really made this condo special was the little touches, bath robes we're provided, a Christmas tree was waiting for us, Debbie had snacks waiting for us. It was quiet and the y location is great. Walk out your front door and there's Scottsdale Fashion Square. We loved staying here. Highly recommend

A Two week get away
We enjoyed our stay at the condo and it was just as the pictures and the description said it was. The bed and the sofa were very comfortable., the pillows not so much. The kitchen was very well stocked. We never used the pool as it was pretty chilli out.

Washer/dryer outside residence, requires multi-step online process to pay, not easy, I couldn’t do.
Mgr gave name/number of someone to help w/laundry and when called said she hasn’t serviced that property for 4 years. No change of sheets for long stays, and machines too hard to use because of online pay process. Clean, a little tired, but washer/dryer not accessible.

Quick Access to Old Town Scottsdale
It was a cozy place. Property was very clean. I would easily stay here again. Pool was too cold to use. Water bottle was left by the TV by cleaning person I'm guessing. I felt like my questions weren't being answered by the owner or manager through the VRBO account. More lighting to read by could be used. The one lamp didn't work and we had issues every time we tried to use the TV. Better communication would have helped.

01 bedroom unit near the fashion mall
The owner was pleasant and responded quickly to our request for help with the television. The one suggestion I have is toimprove the lighting in the living room area. The area needs either two lamps what are each end of the couch or track lighting. Judy and I like to read and fortunately we were reading from our iPads. After 630 the room was simply too dark to read from a book. Other than the lack of lighting it’s a beautiful unit in a very quiet complex close to most everything you wish to do in the Scottsdale area.

A month away from winter.
The condo was pretty much what we expected. It was clean and comfortable and was well stocked with supplies. We had an issue with the entrance code when we arrived but the host got back to us right away with an alternate code so no big issue there. The condo is in a nice area and is right across the road from the fashion square (huge mall). The only negative was a lady at the pool who acted as the “pool cop”. She watched us like a Hawk every time we were out at the pool and quickly reminded us of all the rules as if we were children. This became a bit annoying after a while. Overall, the condo served our needs well and we would recommend it to others.
