The property was terrible, I’ve never been big on complaints and usually has to be Extremely bad for me to review. But this place met the mark, weather it was the druggies outside, drugs inside, everything either missing or broken or closed, room not clean, tv didn’t work, room keys not working every evening when returning, being told our 3 night reservation was “cancelled somehow” after we checked in and had all our belongings in the room, or having the front desk try to resolve this and in the process gave an incoming couple checking in keys to our room and having them walk in on us while changing..the entire experience was terrible start to finish. Do yourself a favor and never stay here. Ever.

The worst inn I’ve been , first room fill up with smell of weed and the smell cover the whole entire hall. Second room not clean toilet not flash and bed sheet has some spots and the third room shower head clog, the light broken. Don’t feel good staying over there, the only good thing is the front desk stuff, she knew the situation and she understood well. She also tried to help change room for us, thanks.

Traveling with a disabled family member and service animal, was charged almost doubled the booking on pet deposit which has still not been returned. There's only one elevator near the lobby but no parking in the front forcing her to have to walk all the way around the property to get to the elevator then around again to get to the car. It was a full night and at one point I was bringing in more items from the car and was stopped by staff on the second floor with key in my hand and questioned whether I had a room and was allowed to be there, didn't feel good. The beds were okay, seemed clean at least but most of the carpet was stained and damaged.

Expedia doesn't refund your money when you cancel a wrong booking date due to their app putting in the wrong date. Google automatically sends you to Expedia. Don't use Expedia, they will F you.

The check-in was quick and pleasant. We asked for a ground floor room because my wife had surgery and the front desk person honored our request. The room was clean but showed its age. The bed was comfortable but the furnishings were sparse, only one chair for sitting and watching tv. There were no washcloths or hand towels. My wife and I were woken up at 5:00 am to the sound of water leaking in the bathroom. To our dismay water was pouring ou of the ceiling at an alarming rate , the bathroom floor was flooded and creeping into the room. I called the front desk and “Andrew” came immediately surveyed the situation and gave us a new room so we moved our stuff into the new room which was only two doors down. After sleeping for a couple of hours we went to the breakfast room and again very disappointed in its offerings, basically white toast, powdered eggs no batter for pancakes, no juice, some yogurt, and Cheerios. The front desk was very apologetic but did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience suffered. In their defense they stated they just purchased the motel a few weeks ago and will be starting renovations soon. Hopefully, the sooner the better!

This property is run down and old. Smells terrible (cigarettes and marihuana). Staff try to help but couldn’t find which room was smoking. Appliances and showers were in rough shape. Breakfast was very limited. Hot tub was not broken. The carpets were filled with stains. Location was not bad.

Check in staff was very friendly (a new male in training and another young man). It was convenient to where we needed to be for our soccer tournament. The room was suitable for our needs. We were excited to use the hot tub, but it was not warm so we could not use it because it was located outside and it was a cold day. Hotel guests (or perhaps not guests) were drinking out in the parking lot, making us feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

This place is disgusting. The shower is filthy, the sheets are stained. There are no real blankets, just a sheet and another printed sheet on top. The pillows are couch size, 16inx16in wrapped in standard pillow cases. There are homeless people by the front entrance, and the whole street was filled with crack heads. The reviews must have been edited because I would never have paid someone money to stay in this disgusting place.

We checked in one rokm, some one used and they didn’t check the room bed already used. We came and inform front desk they change to another room ac is not working they take 10 mins to fix the air conditioner and microwave is not working complaint front desk they told come and heat the food at lobby!!! Paid for room and nothing working why they want money. Very bad 👎

You get what you pay for. There was no parking for half my stay because people would come and park their beat down cars in the back and use drugs every night. They never bothered us but they did prop the backdoor open so I had to walk all the way around. There was also a random pill sitting on the AC unit in my room. When we got there, the was trash and spilled fast food in our hall that we had to walk past to get to the room. The water smelled terrible and the sink was missing the stopper. There were some suspicious people walking around all night so we didn't feel comfortable going to the pool. Other than that, bed was ok.
