Homey but needs work
Jackson was awesome. Location was awesome. The condition of the house wasn't good. It's a work in progress. The kitchen wasn't fully stocked with cooking and eating accessories. That being said it became our home for a month and we were comfortable.

4 bedroom house in quiet neighborhood
Great location! Easy access to the 60 and 101! Grocery store and restaurants close by. House is all one level with 3 full bathrooms and 2 car garage. Jackson is always accessible and very accommodating! Enjoyed coffee on the patio and evening chats around the firepit! Beautiful pool area, but the weather wasn't warm enough! Pool is not heated. Also, enjoyed morning walks in quiet neighborhood. This is a very safe neighborhood! Only negative was the grill was a charcoal. Would have appreciated a gas grill for faster meal prep.

Great location & spacious
Great home with all the amenities including a pool! Jackson was easy to reach with any questions and was quick to meet our requests for our stay. We stayed in the home for several months while working in downtown Tempe and Jackson was very accommodating and made the long term stay easy to manage.
