This amazing home has plenty of room for your family to relax and unwind. With 7 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, you can’t go wrong. The vast outdoor area features a heated pool with a grotto, a built-in water slide, an above-ground hot tub, and a swim-up bar to the ramada equipped with a new Traeger Gas grill, mini fridge, and TV for all your entertaining needs. Practice your short game on the putting green or relax on the many chaise lounge chairs around the pool and bask in the Arizona sun! Too hot outside? Relax in our newly built movie theatre, with projector and Sonos surround sound.

Indoor entertainment: In the main living area, you will have a comfortable seating area to watch your favorite team or program on your 65” TV, a kitchen to prepare all your meals, and two seating areas to enjoy a family dinner. Just off the main living area is a rec space with a pool table, shuffleboard, arcade, high-top table, and a 65” TV.

Indoor luxury: The home consists of three master suites. All with king beds and private ensuites, make the perfect place to relax after hosting your family. Bedroom four has a king bed, sharing a jack-n-jill style bathroom with bedroom five, which has a queen bed. Bedroom six has a queen bed sharing a full-size bathroom with bedroom seven, which has two full beds.

Pool heat is a separate charge and is applied to the entire stay. The charge for heating the pool is $125 per night. Please specify if you would like this added when booking so we can schedule it for your stay.

Upon booking, we require all our guests to submit a copy of their ID through our guest registration form. This is both for our security and is our standard procedure

Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents.

Per city ordinance, we have noise-aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction.

The house is as presented. We had a great time only wish it could’ve been a little warmer. The only negative thing that I have to say about the property is the next-door neighbor has a chicken coop that really really smelled and I can only imagine what it would smell like in this beautiful backyard when it’s 100° outside.

Great house. Only 2 disappointments: The pool heaters were not functioning properly but the owners were very responsive to text about the issue. Second, is the small farm next door! This neighborhood must not have an HOA. The smell was not great at times but the cool weather probably helped with that. Can’t pick your neighbors right! Great big house where we could all be together but not on top of each other.

Overall our stay was great! We had a couple issues and they were taken care of right away. Great location, house was clean and had plenty of space for all of us. Weird request…I wish they would’ve had a broom to sweep up the floors. The one downside to this house is the neighbor next door. They have a bunch of animals that live in the back…goats, chickens and others. When it’s warm outside you can smell them and it’s not pleasant. It was shocking to us that it was allowed in such a nice neighborhood. When we looked over the fence to see where the smell was coming from we were truly disgusted! You could see mice and rats under the chicken coop. We never saw anything at our property but it was gross thinking about what was next door. Overall I would recommend this house but I wish they could do something about the neighbor.

We had a great time here in Scottsdale. The place was very clean and everything was in great working condition. Really enjoyed the new addition of the media room/home theatre which was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely recommend staying here for large groups, everyone had their own space

Extended family gathering in paradise
My family of five along with my brothers family of 5, my parents, in laws and sister/brother in law met up for a 5 day stay at this property. Group of 10 adults - 6 kids. Plenty of room for everybody with adequate bedrooms and a great bathroom situation ! Property location was perfect; Close to the grocery store, restaurants, and multiple shopping areas. Neighborhood was quiet and residential. We spent most of the vacation hanging around the pool area (opted for heat) which is exceptional (water slide and waterfall)— putting green, covered bar and grill area, indoor game room was a huge hit with the old fashion game console with hundreds of games including Pac-Man, shuffleboard and pool . We used the hot tub every morning and night. Front patio with open wood burning fireplace was awesome to sit around in the evening. Get a wood bundle from the local convenience store to really enjoy. Property manager was exceptionally responsive. Great surprise was the nearly remodeled theater room which we used to stream movies (included). Was truly an amazing stay. Highly recommend this property and property managers.

Very nice property with a great pool. Great Bedrooms, Great amount of baths. There is a noise sensor that alerts for loud noises after a certain time, we played music loud and made loud noises inside the house and had someone walk outside and you can't hear a thing, Just make sure to keep those noises inside the house and don't go partying outside after the quiet hours and you'll be fine, other minor things that happen to houses like these, door handle coming off, but nothing big that made the house un enjoyable. The house is also a couple minutes from town cosco safeway walmart and restaurants

Bachelor Party Stay
We traveled to Scottsdale to celebrate a bachelor and this place was the perfect spot to stay. The amenities were amazing, hot tub, awesome pool/slide, and outdoor bar setup. Beautiful inside and plenty of space to sleep our guests comfortably. Prior to and during the trip the team was extremely communicative and helpful. It was a quick enough drive to all the key spots but far enough from the noise to truly enjoy our time. The app was also super convenient. Everyone agreed it was the best place we could have picked. 10/10 would recommend it!

The backyard at this house is amazing. The house was clean and easily accommodated 16 guys. Could have accommodated more as everyone had a bed. The host was great with coordinating the 2 rental vans we used and we had no issues checking in or out. Would 100% recommend this place and would definitely book with them again.

Just what our family needed!!!
Wow! Two families traveling together with our kids....it was perfect. We could hardly get our kids out of the backyard! The pool, hot tub, and putting green kept them entertained and the swim up bar was perfect for us adults! The home has a cool game room the kids enjoyed in the evening and the home had the perfect combination of bedrooms to bathrooms to give us all the privacy we needed! Management Company was very responsive! Will definitely stay here again.
