Gorgeous 2 Bedroom plus large Den/Office home located in the desirable Corte Bella 55+ golf course community! The master bedroom is very large and it has a huge walk-in closet. The home has top of the line appliances and a 2-car garage. The entire home interior has been painted a neutral modern grey and all kitchen and bathroom cabinets have been refinished, plus the bedroom laminate floors are brand new. This home is immaculate. There is a lovely front courtyard and the backyard is private, fenced and low-maintenance. The neighborhood has golf, swimming, tennis, pickleball, and a fitness center. This is an amazing, private, gated community, you won't be disappointed.

This home is fully furnished, but if you prefer it to be unfurnished, we can accommodate that. It includes all appliances, washer and dryer, large smart TV in family room, beautiful leather
sectional sofa, tables, one king and one queen beds, BBQ grill and outdoor seating. Plus, the home has solar, so electric costs are minimal.

For monthly leases of 3 months or less, the price depends on the month as follows:

April-Sept $2490/month
Oct-Mar $4000/month
