"The house was ok. Bedroom lights and lamp didn't work, pool wasn't heated, and no propane. These were repaired. The master bed is broken in the middle and so you roll to the middle and the master shower shoots up to the wall. That you might want to repair before it does bad damage."

"The host was welcoming and stayed in touch do to some issues. It’s a long story. When we arrived we were late getting to check in by a little over a half hour and the cleaning lady was still cleaning and washing the towels and bedding so we really didn’t do a walk thru. We called the host and he explained that the cleaning ladies child had been sick and we totally understood that and that things do happen. So we went out back to hang out and swim but to our surprise the pool heater had not been on and the water was at 62 degrees. So we called the host again and he said he allowed 3 hours a day for the heater and the fire pit to run so no swimming or moving into the house cause they were still cleaning. When they were done we hauled our belongings in and settled in. We cooked steaks on the patio flat top which was pretty grimmie so we worked on cleaning it as best we could. We hit the hay early and one of the guys got up at 4 and turned the pool heater on so it was supposed to heat to 92 in 3 hours well it didn’t and it was like 4 hours and we had a 11 am tee time so no morning swims ether. Next morning we got up to shower and we had no hoy water so we called the host again and evidently he had had it drained and flushed and they evidently didn’t restart it. So we went out and restarted the pilot light so we could have hot water to shower. We went to make coffee and of the 3 coffee makers that were there one worked but we had to improvise it to make it work. Outofspacetofinish"

"The house was large and the pool was a fun addition to our stay (heated at an additional fee despite the misleading listing title). We were disappointed with the 10/10 star rating as the cleanliness and upkeep were very poor. We attempted to share pictures with the host but following 2 attempts, communication stopped. Through our stay we found:- All pots and pans were dirty. We had to clean each prior to use.- Toilet paper holders were broken or coming off the wall.- Smoke alarms disconnected and left without a device attached.- Dirty baseboards, dirty bedroom doors, stained carpet throughout the house, missing light fixture covers, missing wall socket face plates, 4 of 6 pool cues were unusable, broken main bathroom shower door (replaced with a curtain), garbage stacked and left on the side of the house, dead flower arrangement at the outdoor BBQ area. The impression was the upkeep was totally missing. The nightly rate must only be covering the mortgage payment and not much more. "
